Implant of the 1st right upper pre-molar
This patient used a removable prosthesis for several years as he had lost one of his permanent teeth when he was very young. However, this prosthesis caused him discomfort and constraints. We suggested that the patient placed an implant and a ceramic crown instead of the prosthesis being that this was the most aesthetic and functional solution.
Fixed Prosthesis
Rehabilitation of this 32 years old patient who besides feeling discomfort also showed a low self-esteem and self-confidence.With old and incorrectly adapted crowns and a subsequent gingivitis, she also had very old restorations (see picture). To start the treatment, the gum contour of the patient was modified (gingivectomy) so that we could later rehabilitate the central and lateral incisors with full ceramic crows (zirconium).
